Sentan White #2 Chinese Cleaver

Perfect fora range of jobs but unlike thicker and softer steel cleavers, this isessentially a chuka bochodesigned for primarily for veg prep with a harder, durable 62HRC carbon steel core.

Despite the cleaver name, we don’t recommend hacking through bone with this knife and that you consider the use of it more like you would with a gyuto, santoku or nakiri.

CARE NOTE: It is recommended to thoroughly wash the blade with soap and warm water before the first use and that this knife has a reactive carbon steel core and cladding steel.
