FUEGO Kitchen Torch

The FUEGO flamb burner is indispensable for a perfect crme brle. Thanks to the infinitely variable flame control up to 1,300C, it is also suited to gently skinning peppers or tomatoes, transforming white egg whites on desserts or cakes into delicate brown crunchy products! The flamb burner is filled with commercially available lighter gas and has a burning time of up to 60 minutes.
